Terms of Service
Last updated: May 2026
These terms govern your use of ClaimClaw and the purchase of any claim review service. By using the site or buying a review, you agree to these terms.
What ClaimClaw is — and is not
ClaimClaw provides documentation support, claim organization, and non-legal valuation research. ClaimClaw is not a law firm, does not provide legal advice, and is not a public insurance adjuster representing you against your insurer. Nothing on this site or in any deliverable creates an attorney-client relationship.
No guaranteed outcomes
ClaimClaw does not guarantee any specific claim value, settlement amount, or outcome. Any ranges, frameworks, or estimates provided are informational and based on the information you supply. They are not a promise of what an insurer will pay. Decisions about your claim — including whether to accept an offer — are yours.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate, truthful information about your claim.
- Keep your first intake high-level — do not submit Social Security numbers, full policy numbers, medical records, or other highly sensitive materials through the intake form.
- Use any review for your own claim and not for any unlawful purpose.
Payment, turnaround, and refunds
Prices and turnaround times for each tier are listed on the site and may change over time. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. Turnaround windows begin once you have submitted both payment and a complete intake form. If we are unable to deliver a review you paid for, contact us and we will make it right, which may include a refund. Because each review is custom work, refunds are handled case by case.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ClaimClaw and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service or any deliverable. Total liability for any claim related to a purchased review will not exceed the amount you paid for that review.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
